1. Select Your Department Your department selection will determine the embroidery/decoration applied to your item.
2. Add Your Name (Optional) Personalize your item by adding your name, embroidered in white on the right chest. A $10 personalization fee applies.
3. Monthly Order & Decoration Orders will be collected throughout the month and decorated together as one batch.
4. Hospital Delivery & Pickup Be sure to select PICKUP at checkout. Completed orders will be delivered to the hospital. Your department coordinator will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
We will collect orders over the course of a month and decorate them in one batch. The store will close on the 31st September 2026 and the vests will be delivered to your department coordinator around mid-October 2026.
