2. Add Your Name (Optional) Personalize your item by adding your name, embroidered in white on the right chest. A $10 personalization fee applies.
3. Monthly Order & Decoration Orders will be collected throughout the month and decorated together as one batch.
4. Hospital Delivery & Pickup Completed orders will be delivered to the hospital. Your department coordinator will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
